π Can you ship internationally?
All of our items are eligible for international shipment, and the applicable shipping fees will be shown when you complete your purchase. Stay tuned for our year-round discounts and special offers to save even more.
π What is the cost to ship and how long will it take to get here?
The delivery time for orders processed on our website varies depending on your location. For customers in the USA, it typically takes between 5 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. If you are located overseas, delivery times can range from 10 to 35 working days.
π Will I be charged duties and taxes?
There is no need to pay customs duties.
π In-stock, on-backorder, and custom all seem confusing. what do they mean?
The shipping and processing times for your order depend on the items you have selected. Each product page will indicate the status of the item (in stock, back order, or made-to-order) and the estimated shipping date.
For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped within 3 to 14 business days from the order date.
If an item is on back order, it means that it is not currently in stock but will be arriving soon. Don’t worry, you can still place an order, and it will be added to the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as it becomes available. The estimated ship date for back-ordered items is within 30 days.
For made-to-order items, please note that we need to craft the piece specifically for you, which may take a bit more time to process. The estimated ship date for made-to-order items is between 10 to 35 days.

π How do I find my order number?
Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain all the necessary information regarding your order, so it is important to ensure that the email address you provided is accurate and up-to-date. Please check your email inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for your order confirmation email. If you have not received an email confirmation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
π How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping email that includes the tracking number for your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order. If you encounter any issues with tracking your package, please reach out to our customer service team at info@duydesigns.com. Please be sure to include your order number and any relevant details in your email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. π Can I cancel my order?
Please be aware that our team is dedicated to ensuring your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. Due to this, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. Generally, orders can be canceled before they are shipped, with the exception of made-to-order items. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team ( info@duydesigns.com ) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
π Can I change my address/size?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. Please note that, as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the requested changes. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address on our end. However, you can contact your local post office to submit special delivery instructions or request a change of address.

β What’s your return and exchange policy?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, please contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
